  • Aspiring to high standards and in turn seeing how it helps one succeed is something we all aim for both personal and professional. The question becomes the tipping point - being caught up in perfectionism generating inefficiencies and obsessively trying to “get things perfect” instead of being simply productive or outcomes driven. In this session, Sridevi will address how you can learn to step away from "perfect" results and instead focus on your overall objectives and learn to work with others to get your desired results.

  • "Know thyself" is the timeless advice. But there is difference between "Know thyself" and "reinvent thyself aligned to your purpose. While we were in school, we imagine our future but as we grow old, we have a different task. We need to ask ourself, what is OUR PURPOSE , what can we uniquely do. This is not an easy quest, especially in a world where we are so distracted and reactive…and we are surrounded by noise. Julie Riga will speak more on this in the upcoming session.
