    Thrive is about helping each other and building a strong women's network. It’s about mentoring and supporting you along the way and strengthening you for whatever is ahead of you. Your mentor can help you reach the right door, but you need to walk through it on your own.

  • Do you want to be a mentor or mentee?

    As a Thrive mentor or mentee, you will be engaged in a structured mentoring relationship that lasts for 6 months after you have been matched with a mentor during the mentor-mentee matching event.

Unstoppable is an inspiring compilation of stories from Thrive with Mentoring.

In this book, you will find stories on mentoring journeys told by Thrive mentors, mentees, and cohort leads. Each story offers its own learnings and reveals the power of mentoring in today's increasingly competitive work environment. These stories also show what it takes to build an empowered community of women, by women, and for women.

Our Impact

At Thrive, we aim to build effective mentoring relationships globally where women help other women succeed professionally and personally. Thrivers become part of a global network of generous women who support and challenge each other to grow. Thrive uses a unique online and in-person mechanism to match mentors and mentees based on the strengths of the mentor and the needs of the mentee.
