The Thrive mentoring journey consists of >>

  • 6 one-on-one Mentoring sessions, 60-90 mins each

  • You’re invited to 2 mentee pulse check calls, 1 cohort structured networking call, and a cohort closure. This is in addition to other alumni events.

  • We are on Xperiencify, a state-of-the-art global online learning & networking platform with tools, resources, and skill development opportunities

  • You get access to our developmental series such as Thriver Thursdays.

  • A Certificate for Successful Completion of your Mentoring relationship.
