A structured, accredited mentoring programme pairing women with experienced mentors for six months of intentional growth. Open to mentors and mentees across 20+ cities worldwide.
How it works
Every Thrive cohort follows the same structured journey, from matching to closure. Six months. Six sessions. A community that continues long after the cohort ends.
Choose your city, select your role, and complete the registration form. Fees are paid at this stage.
Attendance is essential. This is where mentors and mentees are matched in person, with care and intention.
Monthly one-on-one sessions with your match. Minimum one hour per month. You set the agenda.
Structured networking, learning community calls, and a closure event, all designed to deepen connections across the cohort.
Complete the journey and receive your Thrive Certificate. Join the alumni community. Many return as mentors or cohort leaders.
